"The voice you at most listen to , is your own voice" (meaning to hear AND to obey)
"Die eigene Stimme ist die, die man am meistens zuhört."
And he suggested me to record my own voice, reading a japanese text, in due to learn it.
Interesting. Have not tried yet, though.
